Our Story
Bright Building was formed to fill a gap in the marketplace of Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) software tools. Too many take a one-size-fits-all approach, are difficult to implement, or not cost-effective. We understand that your facility’s staff is constrained with ever increasing demands, and an FDD tool should be complementary and reduce workload, not be an added burden. Designed and built in Ithaca, NY through years of working with and training energy managers and facilities teams, our platform delivers powerful simplicity, easy configurability, and data transparency.
Our Leadership
Jerone Gagliano, PE CEM
Jerone has nearly two decades of experience analyzing buildings to improve the efficiency of the systems and their operation. He has developed and delivered training curriculum to facilities managers aimed specifically at tuning their buildings' operations and building automation systems. From working with building technicians, he has learned that all the machine learning and AI bells and whistles do not matter if the platform does not have a clear workflow guiding them through the process with familiar visualizations and terms.
